Premiere Athlete Programming for Next Level Sports Training

WHAT IS TK SPORTS ACADEMY?

TK Sports Academy is not for everyone, this elite level camp is application only! We choose the best athletes who are focused and determined to make the most of their off-season and hockey-career. Our roster includes athletes who want to stand out, reach optimal performance and get the absolute best training, nutrition and mind-set coaching in the GTA!

Leave EVERYTHING to us! Each athlete is allotted training time in my facility for instructional performance training and we will work with each athlete’s specific goals and playing prescription. Athletes will have access to the best quality meals, supplements, sports yoga, performance testing and mindset coaching. TK Sports Academy includes on-ice instruction & drills. We will focus on building strength, power, speed, and energy system development.

We leave no stone un-turned, after the rigors of a season, it is imperative to recover and ultimately become; stronger, faster and game-ready! My academy includes drills & training techniques inspired by NHL All-stars, making sure you are prepared both physically and mentally.

CAMP BREAKDOWN:

  • SCHEDULE:

    Daily sessions scheduled between 4:00PM-8:00PM

    During the month of May, players whose seasons have ended will undergo their performance assessment & evaluations. For those still playing, accommodations will be made at the end of their seasons.
