Elite Personal Trainer, Certified Hockey Coach


Arron Alphonso began his hockey career playing in the Orangeville Flyers Minor Hockey Association. During his time in the Flyers organization, his ‘AA’ team won back-to-back OMHA Championships. He went on to play 5 years for the ‘AAA’ Halton Hurricanes, where his Pewee team was invited to the Quebec Pewee Tournament. At the age of 14, Arron played for the Georgetown Jr.A Raider’s of the OJPHL, where he was named to the Rookie-Allstar team. From there, he was drafted in the 2nd round to Ontario Hockey League’s Ottawa 67’s in 2003 and spent three seasons (including an attendance in the 2005 Mastercard Memorial Cup) under HOF coach, Brian Kilrea. He was then traded to the Sault Ste Marie Greyhounds where he finished his OHL career. During his last season in the OHL, Arron was invited to the Atlanta Thrashers of Nation Hockey League’s camp. He then chose to utilize his Collegiate Scholarship given to him from the OHL and attended Lakehead University where he spent 3 years pursuing a BA in Psychology while playing 3 seasons for the Lakehead Thunderwolves Mens’ Hockey team of the CIS.
