On-ice sessions are designed around players individual needs.

We will work with each player to create a plan to improve their overall skating, shooting, passing, puck-handling, and checking including;

  • Skating Mechanics
  • Puck Skills (Passing, Puck Control, Shooting, Possession Skills)
  • Individual Team Tactics (1 on 1, 2 on 1 etc.)
